Fire Station Digital Media Residencies for an Artist with a Disability

To support the professional career development of visual artists with a disability .

Residency: 3 – 6 month residencies (non residential)

Dates: tbc

Residency consists of:

  • Full access to all digital media equipment and editing suite.
  • Technical support from the Resource Area Manager.

How to Apply

To apply please forward:

  • A covering letter stating your interest and how this will benefit your practice. Please specify in this letter any particular requirements you may have in relation to your disability.
  • A current CV
  • Supporting documentation including:
  • Up to six still images (photographs, laser prints, CD Rom)
  • Up to six minutes of DVD – you must cue a pre selected piece.
  • Catalogues or books.

Do not send us original artworks or master copies of videos.

Tell us how you want your documentation returned. If by post, include a separate envelope with sufficient postage. Otherwise you can arrange to pick up material from the Fire Station.
