Alisha Doody is a socially engaged visual artist whose work combines solo and collaborative research methodologies. Through photography, moving images, and installation, her work explores the role of mentorship and history regarding identity development specifically within the LGBTQI+ community. Recent awards include Arts Participation Bursary Award 2022, Fire Station Digital Media Bursary Award 2022, Next Generation Artist Award 2021 and the Artist in the Community Research and Development Award 2020.
