Cóilín O’Connell is an artist from Dublin. His practice focuses on places, objects and media as a means to address systems of value and belief. As Brass Neck Press he edits, designs, and distributes artists’ publications and zines. He studied Fine Art, Media in NCAD and completed a masters at the Sandberg Institute, Amsterdam.
