FSAS is hosting two 2-day courses this July in Welding Fabrication and DaVinci Resolve video editing software.
Welding Fabrication (Beginners) – 6 & 7 July
This two-day welding course is designed to introduce participants to different welding processes including Arc, MIG and TIG. It will focus on health and safety practice, basic welding joints and fabrication. Participants will work through set or designed projects, articulating responses from concept, design to realisation. The course is aimed for beginners and no experience is required. Full course information here.
DaVinci Resolve (Beginners) – 8 & 9 July
This two-day introductory level course is aimed at practising visual artists working with moving-image, sound, and VFX. Led by Michael Healy, a professional Black Magic Design certified tutor, the course provides visual artists with an introduction and practical knowledge in the area of professional video editing and post-production with the leading industry standard software, DaVinci Resolve.
