Open Call: FSAS Day Studios 2023

FSAS announces the availability of 2 x day studio spaces for short term let in its Dublin City Centre location from May 2023.

These studios are available for a period of 1 year and are suitable for visual artists who have projects to complete and are working to deadlines.

These studios offer artists a chance to have a city centre presence in a clean, warm and dry environment, and to be part of the dynamic FSAS environment.

Description and Prices

These studios are individual, with large windows and natural light. Floor dimension is approximately 10m2 for both.

Please note that these studios have limited access for deliveries as they are on the first floor with no lift.

The monthly rent is €220 per calendar month, payable in advance by bank transfer.

Studio rental includes provision of 24 hours access, high speed broadband, electricity and on-site security, with access to a communal kitchen and outdoor area including parking which is subject to availability.

Access to further FSAS facilities will carry normal additional cost.
